This policy explains what information FF Lawn Services Landscaping LLC (“we”, “the company”) collects when you contact us or use this website at kralvin.shop, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

The company is the data controller for anything collected through this site or by phone. Fernando Ferreira Jr., the owner, handles privacy questions personally at the address and number above.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name and a phone number or email address, submitted through the quote form or given over the phone.
- The property address and details about the job: lot size, gate code if you choose to give one, whether there are dogs in the yard, how long since the last cut.
- Job and billing history — dates we serviced the property, what was done, what was invoiced and whether it was paid. Kept because Florida requires us to keep business records and because customers ask us what we charged last September.
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, page requested and timestamp, recorded automatically by the hosting provider for security and uptime.
We do not collect card numbers, bank details or social security numbers on this website. Payment happens after the job is done, by card read over the phone, by Zelle, or on monthly terms for property management offices.
3. Why we use it
- To quote the job and schedule the route.
- To reach you when weather pushes your service day, which happens regularly between June and September.
- To invoice you and keep the tax and accounting records the state and the IRS require.
- To answer questions about work we did previously.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email. If you stop being a customer, the only messages you will get from us are answers to messages you send first.
4. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with data brokers, lead-generation networks, marketing lists or any other lawn company. Nobody buys our customer list because we do not offer one.
The narrow exceptions are ordinary and limited: our accountant sees invoice records at tax time; our hosting provider unavoidably processes server logs; and we will disclose information if a court order, subpoena or Florida or federal law requires it. That is the entire list.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels or analytics profiling. The only cookies that may exist are those the hosting and security layer sets to keep the site available and to block abusive traffic. There is nothing here to opt out of because there is no behavioural tracking to opt out of.
6. How the site is served
Every visitor to https://kralvin.shop/ receives the same page. There is no redirect, no interstitial, no content that changes based on your browser, your device, your location or whether the request comes from a person or a search engine crawler. One document, served identically to everyone, over HTTPS.
7. How long we keep it
Quote requests that never turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Customer job and billing records are kept for seven years, which is what our accountant requires for tax purposes. Server logs roll off within ninety days.
8. Your choices
Call (772) 597-4180 or email [email protected] and ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within five business days. If a record has to be kept for tax reasons we will tell you exactly which record and why, instead of refusing without explanation.
9. Children
This is a lawn service. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting current customers get mentioned on the invoice.
